Heidi received her B.S. from Southern Illinois University, M.A. from the University of Illinois, J.D. from University of Tulsa, and is licensed to practice law in Illinois. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, Illinois State Bar Association and St. Clair County Bar Association. Ms. Dodd received the 2018 Legacy Celebration Award and most recently was awarded best attorney with Small Business Monthly of St. Louis.
ATTORNEY
Kelly Wambold was a paralegal for over 20 years and is now an attorney with her law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is licensed to practice in Illinois. She is our office rock and works closely with clients to ensure their needs are met. She is a board member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and Southwestern Illinois Visiting Nurse Association as well as a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and St. Clair County Bar Association.
OFFICE MANAGER
Kim is the Office Manager for Dodd & Wambold. She is the voice and face of our front office ensuring each client is pleasantly met with the utmost care and professionalism. Kim handles the daily business and scheduling. Kim resides in O’Fallon with her husband, three children and fur-child, Piper.
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Nicole works part-time for the firm drafting estate planning documents. She comes to us after having taken some time off to be a stay-at-home mom. Nicole received her B.A. from McKendree College and has over 20 years of experience in the legal field. She resides in Mascoutah, Illinois with her husband and son.
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Victoria comes to us as a Deputy Clerk from St. Clair County Circuit Clerk’s Office in the Probate Division. She is a Legal Assistant working with the firm on trusts, estates and guardianships. She has a history in caregiving and hospice care. She resides in Fairview heights with her two daughters.
